From the M4 (junction 33).
Bear left on entry/exit road at sign reading "Exit 33 A4232 to Cardiff (W) / Caerdydd (Gn) / Barry/ Bari/ Penarth" and go East.

Take the exit for the A4232 and go Southeast for approximately 2.5 miles.
Exit the A4232 at the Culverhouse Cross/ Cardiff (W)/ Barry Island, etc.
At the end of the deceleration lane, at the traffic lights, take the first left and follow the A48 (Cowbridge Road West) for approximately 3/4 mile, until you reach a small roundabout.
At the roundabout take the second exit left onto the A4161 (Cowbridge Road East).

Follow the A4161 (Cowbridge Road East) for approximately 1/4 mile where you will reach a roundabout, keep to your left and follow Cowbridge Road East. As you pass Victoria Park on your left, J Pidgeon and Son is on your right.

Alternatively, from the M4 (exit junction 29) A48M.
Follow the A48M/A48 road for 9 1/2 miles (do not take any of the exit junctions). This route will take you along a dual carriageway road (A48), past the Post House Hotel, the Inn on the Avenue Hotel, and the University Hospital of Wales (Heath Hospital (all on your right). Once you pass the hospital you will go under a flyover and then through 6 sets of traffic lights (in a residential area).

Following this road until you reach a mini roundabout, turn left into Cowbridge Road East (A4161) and follow the road for about 1/2 a mile, where you will pass Victoria Park on your left, Pidgeons is on your right.
